ARCHIVES

The Mission of the Colorado Springs Archives Committee is to preserve the history of our fellowship, to preserve the A.A. message, and to carry it to other alcoholics.

We gratefully accept contributions from members.  We are looking for archival materials related to A.A.'s history, especially those having to do with the Colorado Springs area.

Types of archival materials are:
  • Colorado Springs area meeting schedules
  • Colorado Springs area group flyers, audio tapes, and records

  • Big Books belonging to Colorado Springs longtimers
  • Recovery pamphlets
  • Publications and memorabilia from Conferences and Internationals

All materials are cared for to the best of our ability.  If you are considering a donation of archival materials, we would be happy to explain how we store and protect the items.

Current Project

We are presently compiling an audio history of Colorado Springs A.A.  If you are, or if you know, a longtimer who would like to be interviewed, contact us at archives@coloradospringsaa.org
